Melvin Koenderink

Melvin Koenderink is head of Commercial Analytics & Pricing at Staples Solutions. He studied Econometrics at the University of Groningen and started his career at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines where he held various in Commercial and Operations. He was in charge of Pricing & Revenue Management Intercontinental, optimizing €2.4B passenger revenues per year and gained operational experience as board member of KLM Cityhopper, being responsible for Planning, Scheduling and the Operations Control Center. Melvin joined Staples Solutions in 2013 to set up a new centralized pricing unit.
